It all starts with a hello

From your first enquiry to the final song, I’ll guide you through each stage of the process, making sure everything is properly planned and ready for your event. Here's what our journey will look like:

Send an enquiry

Tell me about your event, including the date, venue and what you’re looking for. There’s no obligation to book at this stage - it’s simply a chance to get the conversation started.

Availability & Quote

I’ll check availability and, if your date is free, arrange a discovery call to talk through your plans, what you need and any questions you may have. I’ll then put together a clear quote based on your event.

Secure your booking

If you’re happy to go ahead, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and details of how to secure your date. Your booking will be confirmed once the required 20% deposit (or full amount) has been paid.

Plan your event

You’ll be given access to your own private online area, where you can provide the important details I need for your event, including timings, music preferences and any special requests.

Final checks

Closer to the event, I’ll go through the final details with you to make sure everything is ready to go. Any remaining balance will also be due at this stage.

Your event

I’ll arrive in plenty of time to set up and get everything ready before your event begins. From there, I’ll take care of the music, lighting and atmosphere so you can concentrate on enjoying the occasion.
